Zach Kauraisa is a qualfied lawyer and finance professional with dual masters degrees in International Oil and Gas Law (Cum Laude) from the University of Dundee (Ranked #1 in the world for Energy Law) and an MSc in Finance from Queen Mary University of London.

He worked at a leading corporate law firm in Namibia, and assisted some of the world's largest energy and mining companies with USD 700 million worth of deals before transitioning to finance. After serving as a mining investment consultant in London, he joined Namibia's largest private equity firm as the Head of Advisory, responsible for assisting mining companies with raising capital and M&A transactions.

He has previously worked at EnergyHub+, based in Scotland, where he contributed to research on the speed of the energy transition in various African nations. He also worked at the Sustainable Development Strategies Group, based in the U.S., where he researched critical minerals and global uranium mining.

Zach is also a Mandela Washington Fellow and a Chevening Alumni.
